Medical Billing is the process in which the doctor forwards the scanned chart to us and we code and process the bill to the insurance company who in turn process it further and make the transaction to the doctors.
Medical Billing is a very well defined process. Simply the claim are received from the medical facility or doctors office. They are entered very carefully without errors into the system and thereafter submitted to the insurance companies.
THE PROCESS
Medical Billing is a series or actions beginning with the forwarding of the claim information from the doctor’s office and ends back at the doctor’s office with the payment. After the patient visits the doctor, he forward us the details, depending on the service provided. The documents are coded and the claims are filed with the insurance companies and is followed up through the system. For every claim which is delayed the insurance companies are contacted and followed vigilantly and traced till the reimbursement is received by the provider. It is our endeavor to ensure timely clearing of all claims.
