THE PROCESS
i. Coding of Ambulatory reports, out patient reports are achieved by simply sending the transcribed/ scanned charts to us via HIPAA Compliant Software.
ii. For Inpatient coding, again the hospital scans the reports and uploads them onto the software like (e-web coding) which is completely secure, immediately after discharge. The charts are coded and returned using dedicated DSL connectivity ensuring speedy return and upload.
iii. The Time difference of nearly 10-12 hours is a tremendous advantage. Charts scanned and sent to us in the evening in USA reach us in the early hours of the morning. They are coded during the course if a normal day and can be returned by the evening; making an overnight return of coded documentation usually possible.
iv. Having in our fold a number of physicians who have trained and certified in coding, it is possible to provide coding of all types of cases with extreme accuracy.
