We have been providing Medical Transcription Services to our Clients since late 2000 and have increased the volume of output manifold ever since it’s inception. Our Goal is to provide Error Free Voice to Text Conversion. Here the voice data is of a complexity of being Medical Reports and Procedural Reports containing complex Medical Terminologies and therefore there is much more to Medical transcription than just simply typing ordinary voice data. We have for this purpose been able to put together a team of Doctors, who not only Quality Check the documents but at times also transcribe the documents as well. Understandably so, who would be in a better position to comprehend a medical report than a Doctor himself? This puts us in a unique position of being able to provide for example Surgical Reports by Doctors who have worked in Surgery, Gynecological Reports by a Gynecologists and so on; creating a absolutely unique team any where in the world.
QUALITY

Our out put is not delivered before it goes through Quality Control and check and for which we have a three tier Quality checking system.
TURN AROUND TIME
Usually our Files are ready for dispatch to our clients within 18 hours. However shorter Turn around time is also possible if specifically required by a particular client as this work is very time bound. The advantage we enjoy due to a nearly 12 Hour Time Difference aids in achieving faster return.
RATES
Despite our positioning in having a Highly Professional Team of workers we are proud of being able to provide the lowest Rates Internationally. However the Rates vary individually depending on factors like:-

THE PROCESS
In pursuit of excellence and error free output we have devised a system by which we can optimize utility of our man power to achieve maximum productivity and quality. The process entails:-
o Secure transmission of Client Audio Dictations to us.
o The cases are then carefully sorted out and distributed meticulously to Transcriptionists
whose specialty matches the case.
o The wave files are then Transcribed by the Transcriptionists and forwarded to the Quality Controllers for Quality checks.
o A three tiered quality check is carried out with Technical verification, Editing & Proof Reading before it is forwarded to the client.
